Seminar Terms & Conditions
1- In the event a delegate cannot attend the seminar a substitute can be appointed without additional fees. A confirmation must be sent by the original purchaser to seminars@safeship.ca outlining the new delegate's name, position and contact details at least 48 hours before the start of the seminar.
2- Cancellations: Registered participants that cancel 25 days or more before the start date of the seminar receive a 80% refund of the seminar fee. We regret that any cancellations less than 25 days before the start date of the seminar cannot be refunded.
3- SafeShip.ca is not responsible for travel or hotel arrangements of delegates.
4- If the seminar is cancelled for any reason by SafeShip.ca, delegates who have registered and have had their fees processed will be reimbursed 100%.
